Depending on the chosen factory, numerous adjustments can be made to the homes. Additionally, in some cases, I can work with customer-supplied plans and have the factory build that specific home. All lots have undergone perk testing, and updated survey maps are currently in progress.

Upon signing the contract, the home will be ordered and can be completed for delivery within 10-14 weeks, contingent on the chosen factory. The timeframe from contract signing to the delivery of keys is streamlined to be less than 6 months.
I collaborate with several suppliers, and while some have limited flexibility for plan modifications, the majority offer extensive customization options, allowing for a tailored approach to meet your specific preferences and requirements.
Everything is included – from specific selections like driveway type, landscaping, well, septic, to grass planting. This comprehensive approach ensures that your home and property are fully taken care of without the need for additional choices or decisions.
Yes. While I have a preferred lender (refer to the link below), you have the flexibility to select any bank of your choice for financing. Your financial preferences are highly respected in the process.
Absolutely, I'm flexible and open to collaboration. You or your chosen contractors can contribute to certain aspects of the work, providing an opportunity to tailor the project to your preferences and potentially reduce overall costs.
Depending on the manufacturer, a multitude of options can be selected during the order placement. In the event that specific preferences are not initially offered by the manufacturer, they can be incorporated into the home once it is received. This may encompass additions such as granite, marble, quartz, hardwood floors, LVP floors, and other customizable features.

I am willing to collaborate with you to find accommodating solutions. Depending on the situation, it might be possible to position the home at the front or back of the lot, although it may involve the installation of a septic pump system. All modular homes are initially delivered with a single paint color throughout the entire house. However, if you have a preference for different colors, arrangements can be made to have specific rooms painted or the entire house painted to suit your aesthetic preferences and design choices.
